Warm weather clothing, cold weather clothing, extra shoes, sandals, plenty of socks and underwear, rainwear are all very good ideas. Please bring clothing you do not mind getting dirty. There are no laundry machines available to campers. Note that the weather in the Laurentiens can vary extremely. It can be very hot, rainy, cold, or dry and the weather can change from day to day. Please pack accordingly. Feel free to bring up a musical instrument (optional)! Bring lots of energy (not optional)!!

Alcohol, non-prescription drugs, weapons, large sums of money, or items of great value are not to be brought up to camp: We are not responsible for any lost, broken, or stolen items.

Campers who consume non-prescription drugs, alcohol or weapons at camp or are found in possession of them, will be sent home immediately.

Payment is non-refundable.

Inappropriate clothing is also not permitted. Visions Camp provides a safe, fun, and friendly atmosphere; this also refers to avoiding bringing inappropriate clothing such as racist or derogatory slogans on t-shirts or other clothing. In essence, if you think that it does not fit in the theme of a safe, open, and welcoming environment for teenagers, then please leave it at home!

Cellphones are not permitted for campers.  One of our goals is to help teenagers discover their inner strengths and to reconnect with themselves. We head deep up North in the Beautiful and Natural Scene that is Kinkora; by leaving their busy and hectic city lives behind, we strive to show them calm and tranquility. However, in the past few years, it has been increasingly difficult to achieve this when most of our campers remain plugged in up at camp. Therefore, we are not allowing campers to bring up cellphones and thus more fully experience camp.

No smoking is permitted during program at camp. If you do smoke and you are under 18 years old, a smoking permission note (handwritten will do) is required on departure day signed by parent or guardian.
